STAR1630 - Government Revision Submission Report

Purpose

To report records created by STAJ1610 that will be included in an SLE/HELP Revisions File and/or to report previously unreported or new records to be included in an accompanying Load Liability file

This function has four purposes:

  • To report on records that have had a revision and are to be included in the Revisions (RF) File
  • To report on the number of records to be included in the Revised Load Liability (RL), Revised OS-HELP (RO), and Revised HELP Due (RD) Files
  • To report on unreported records that hadn’t been included in a prior Enrolment (EN) and/or Load Liability (LL) file, and
  • To identify the submission year(s) that STAJ0100 – Create Enrolment Statistics Snapshot needs to be run for in order to be able to include previously unreported records in the next Enrolment (EN) and/or Load Liability (LL) File submission

For Government Student Liability Revision records, this report also indicates the related Enrolment Snapshot that is needed to run in order to process the records into the Government Student Load Liability and Enrolment tables to produce the extract files necessary to complete the revision submission.

This form is accessed via the main menu.

 

The Create Government Revision Report block contains:

Parameters Tab

  • Submission Year (LOV)
  • Submission Number (LOV)
  • Report Type (Pop)
  • Sort Order (Pop)

Rules/Notes:

All parameters are mandatory.

Two different report types can be selected: Variation File and Load Liability File. A combination of both can also be selected. The Variation File report details changes to a student's previously reported values for DIISRTE elements 339, 381, 384 and 529. The Load Liability File report details on additional Student Load/Liability records generated by the running of STAJ1610 (Create Government Revision Snapshot).
