This file is no longer submitted to DIISRTE. The same change is also reflected in STAJ0020 - Create Academic Organisational Unit File and STAJ0080 - Create Student Load File. This function will provide enhanced system data to update the job to be closed.. Historically, having created the Government Submission Snapshot, this job was run to create the HECS Liability Status Extract file required by DIISRTE. This job was usually run in conjunction with STAJ0040, STAJ0050, STAJ0070 and STAJ0090. This file is accessed via the main menu. |
