Purpose

To allow records with a Government Reportable indicator of 'W' - Warning, identified by the Enrolment Statistics Snapshot, to be reset to 'not reportable', where appropriate.

Rules/Notes:

The Government Reportable Indicator can be set to 'W' for some records during processing of STAJ0100. This indicates that manual checking should be performed. When STAJ0100 sets the Government Reportable Indicator to 'W' for a record, the record can be viewed in this form.

This form can then be used, where required, to set the Government Reportable Indicator to 'X' (exclude - not government reportable) for records that should not be reported.

Explanation

Use this form to view enrolment statistics snapshot records with a Government Reportable Indicator of 'W - warning', and (following investigation) to reset the flag to 'X - not reportable' where appropriate.

Execute a query to locate the required Enrolment Statistics Snapshot. All warning records are displayed for the snapshot. Where appropriate, re-set the Government Reportable indicator to 'X'.

Rules/Notes:

It is not necessary to change the Government Reportable indicator of warning records which are deemed to be 'reportable'. When the Government Submission Snapshot is run, all records with a reportable indicator of 'W' are considered reportable by default.
