STAF113D - Maintain Govt. Admission Offer Response Status

To allow the creation and maintenance of Government Admission Offer Response Status codes and descriptions as defined by DIISRTE.

Use this form to create and maintain a Government Offer Response Status and description. This status is subsequently reported as DIISRTE element 723 in the Offer Details File (see STAJ0510) generated by the institution.

Government Admission Application Status and descriptions provided by DIISRTE (valid at August 2009) are defined as follows:

Accepted the offer

1

Rejected the offer

2

Deferred the offer

3

Offer deemed to have lapsed

4

Offer superseded by a later offer

5

Response unknown or not yet recorded

The Government Admission Offer Response Status block contains:

  • Govt Offer Response Status
  • Description
  • Closed check box

    Button

    • Admission Offer Response Status (ADMF02H0)

Rules/Notes:

When you enter a value in the Govt Offer Response Status field, you must also enter a description in the Description field.

The Govt Offer Response Status is DIISRTE element 723 and is reported in the Application Details File (see STAJ0510).

Check the Closed checkbox to close the Govt Offer Response Status and prevent its further selection in ADMF02H0.

The Admission Offer Response Status button navigates to the Maintain Admission Offer Response Status (ADMF02H0) form (in context of the Govt Offer Response Status) from where you can map the Govt Offer Response Status to an institution-defined Admission Offer Response Status.
