To allow the creation and maintenance of Government Secondary Education Assessment Type codes and descriptions as defined by DIISRTE.

Use this form to create and maintain a Government Secondary Education Assessment Type code. This code is subsequently reported as DIISRTE element 702 – Y12-RESULT TYPE in the Applications Details File (see STAJ0510) that is generated by the institution.

Government Assessment Type codes and descriptions provided by DIISRTE (valid at August 2009) are defined as follows:

  • Description
  • Closed check box

Rules/Notes:

When you enter a value in the Govt Secondary Education Assessment Type field, you must also enter a description in the Description field.

The Govt Secondary Education Assessment Type code is DIISRTE element 702 and is reported in the Application Details File (see STAJ0510).

Check the Closed checkbox to close the Govt Secondary Education Assessment Type and prevent its further selection in ADMF02W0.

The Secondary Assessment Type button navigates to the Maintain Secondary Education Assessment Type (ADMF02W0) form (in context of the Govt Secondary Education Assessment Type) from where you can map the Govt Secondary Education Assessment Type to an institution-defined Secondary Education Assessment Type.
