SECR0041 - User Security Roles Report

Purpose

This report provides a listing of all security roles granted to all or selected users, in alphabetical order by Oracle Username. Details include a listing of all tables to which the user has been granted access and the access privileges granted for each table.

Run Details

This job is run:

  • To examine various users access to Callista.
  • For review when consolidating security roles.
  • At any time deemed necessary for any other reason.

Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling subsystem for details of scheduling and running online jobs.

Job Parameters

Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

The report can be run for individual users or groups of users.

 

The User Security Roles Report block contains:

Parameters tab

  • Oracle Username
  • Surname
  • Given Names
  • Person ID

Notes:

This report is presented in landscape mode.
