This form allows the user to define the LDAP server settings that will be used for this security.

This form also allows the user to define configuration for use by the LDAP job (SECJ0100).

System LDAP Configuration block contains:

  • LDAP Usage Code
  • Host
  • Port

Connection Tab

  • Connection User
  • Connection Password

User Tab

  • Users Base DN
  • Users DN Attribute
  • SMS Identifier
  • Alternate Person ID Type
  • Delete User check box
  • Create User check box

PagesTab

  • Pages Base DN
  • Pages DN Attribute
  • Pages Member Attribute

System LDAP Configuration block contains:

  • LDAP Usage Code
  • Host

Rules/Notes:

In the System LDAP Configuration block you can only update, you can’t insert or delete.

SMS identifier may be Person ID or Username or Alternate Person ID.

Object Class Usage values may be Page or User.
