SECF0042 - Note Type Effective User Restrictions Inquiry

Purpose

To permit inquiry on users with a particular Note Type Restriction.

Effective User Restriction

The Note Type block contains:

  • Note Type
  • Note Type Group

The Effective User Restriction block contains:

  • Person ID
  • Name
  • Insert check box
  • Update check box
  • Delete check box
  • Restricted Select Allowed check box

Rules/Notes:

This form may be accessed directly from the Callista menu.

Individual users may be restricted in their ability to access types of notes by having a restriction placed on them using the Maintain System User Note Type Restrictions form (SECF0040), or by having a restriction placed on a user role that they have been granted using the Maintain Security Role Note Type Restrictions form (SECF0041).

This form is used to list all users who have restrictions relating to the note type displayed in the top block.

Rules/Notes:

Once a list of users who have restrictions to a Note Type is displayed, a query can then be performed in the bottom block to display a subset of these users.
