To view a history of changes made to the Scholarship Status of a Person Scholarship record.

This form allows a user to view all previous changes made to the Scholarship Status of a Person Scholarship record.

Note: The Maintain Person Scholarship (SCHF1200) form is used to change a Scholarship status.

When the status of a Person Scholarship record is changed (in SCHF1200), the following details are recorded in the History table in this form (i.e. SCHF1220):

• the previous status
• the date/time the status was changed
• the username of the administrator who made the change.

Additional details or comments can be recorded in the Reason field, if required.

This form is accessed via the History Status button on the Maintain Person Scholarship (SCHF1200) form.

Person block:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date of Birth

Person Scholarship block:

• Scholarship Code
• Version
• Scholarship Period
• Scholarship Status

Person Scholarship Status History block:

• Status Change Date
• Reason
• Scholarship Status
• History By

Rules/Notes:

This form is viewed in context of a Person Scholarship record selected on the Maintain Person Scholarship (SCHF1200) form.

The status displayed in the Scholarship Status field is the last recorded status for the Person Scholarship record; as recorded in SCHF1200 for the selected Person Scholarship record.

The Reason field is used to record any additional details or comments.

To Add or Change a Reason in the Person Scholarship Status History:

1. Select the Person ID in SCHF1200.
2. Select the Scholarship Code to update and/or add a reason to an updated record.
3. Click on the History button (Elephant icon) to navigate to SCHF1220.
4. Click in the Reason field for the Scholarship Status History record to be updated and type in the reason for the change in status.
5. Click on the Save button.
