This form is used to maintain the deferral period details for a Scholarship Offering Instance

This form is used to create, update and delete Deferral Periods for an existing Scholarship Offering Instance.

For example, a Scholarship version with a Scholarship Offering Instance of SCH1 2007, might have deferral periods recorded as SCH2 2007 and SCH1 2008 in this form.
In this case, a student who was offered a Scholarship for the Offering Instance for SCH1 2007 could defer the scholarship to the other periods.

The periods available for deferral, recorded in this form, are displayed for selection when the Defer button is clicked in SCHF1020 .

This form is reached by selecting the 'Deferral Period' navigation button in SCHF0510.

The Scholarship Offering Instance block contains:

Rules/Notes:

This form can only be opened in the context of an existing Scholarship Offering Instance in SCHF0510. A query cannot be performed in the Scholarship Offering Instance block.

The Calendars available in the Calendar LOV will all be of the type SCHOLARSHIP.
The Description, Start and End Dates for a Deferral Period are as defined for the Calendar Instance in CALF0220.

The Calendar Instance for the Deferral Period must have a status of ACTIVE or PLANNED.

The Calendar Instance for the Deferral Period must have a Start Date in the future.

The Start Date of the Scholarship Offering Instance must be before the Start Date of any selected Deferral Periods.
