This form creates and maintains institution-defined Scholarship Offer Response Statuses.

Scholarships

This form is used by institutions to define Scholarship Offer Response Statuses. These will be used when recording an applicant’s response to an offer of a scholarship against the scholarship application.  The form will allow the user to map their local Application Offer Response Statuses to any system-defined Application Offer Response Statuses and record an Explanation of the status.

This form can be accessed from the Callista menu .

The Scholarship Offer Response Status block contains:

• Scholarship Offer Response Status
• Description
• System Scholarship Offer Response Status
• System Default check box
• Closed check box
• Explanation

Rules/Notes:

To create a new Scholarship Offer Response Status:

• Enter Insert mode
• Enter the new Scholarship Offer Response Status to be defined
• Enter the corresponding description for the Scholarship Offer Response Status in the Description field
• Select the system Scholarship Offer Response Status to which this status maps
• Check Default check box if required
• Save.

Rules/Notes:

• Find the record to be modified
• Modify the record as required
• Save.

Rules/Notes:

Once in use, a Scholarship Offer Response Status should not be modified.

To delete a Scholarship Offer Response Status:

• Find the record to be deleted
• Locate the cursor in the record to be deleted
• Delete record
• Save.

Rules/Notes:

A Scholarship Offer Response Status can be closed preventing any further use by selecting the Closed check box.
