This form creates and maintains institution-defined Scholarship Outcome Statuses

This form allows a user to define the Scholarship Outcome Statuses to be used to identify which applications have succeeded in being offered a scholarship.  The form allows the user to map their defined Outcome Statuses to the system-defined Outcome Statuses and record an Explanation of the status. These Scholarship Application Statuses are displayed in SCHF1020 and SCHF1050.

This form can be accessed via the Callista menu.

The Scholarship Outcome Status block contains:

• Scholarship Outcome Status Name
• Description
• System Scholarship Outcome Status
• System Default checkbox
• Closed checkbox
• Explanation

Rules/Notes:

To create a new Scholarship Outcome Status:

• Enter Insert mode
• Enter the new Scholarship Outcome Status to be defined
• Enter the corresponding description for the Scholarship Outcome Status in the Description field
• Select the system Scholarship Outcome Status this Scholarship Outcome Status maps to
• Record text in the Explanation field if required
• Save

• Find the record to be modified
• Modify the record as required
• Save

Once in use, a Scholarship outcome Status should not be modified.

To delete a Scholarship Outcome Status:

• Find the record to be deleted
• Locate the cursor in the record to be deleted
• Delete record
• Save

Rules/Notes:

A Scholarship Outcome Status can be closed preventing any further use by selecting the Closed check box.
