This form is used to create and modify Manual Verification Criteria which may be associated with a Scholarship Offering Instance in SCHF0510. Manual Verification Criteria represent ongoing eligibility criteria for a scholarship that cannot be automatically checked against a student's various records in Callista. A user can record instructions on how to undertake the manual verification of the criteria here.

This form can be accessed from the main menu.

The Manual Verification Criteria block contains:

• Verification Criteria Code
• Description
• Closed check box
• Explanation

Rules/Notes:

To create a new Manual Verification Criteria record:

• Enter Insert mode
• Enter the new Manual Verification Criteria Code
• Enter a description for the Manual Verification Criteria Code in the Description field
• Enter text in the Explanation field. Instructions on how to manually verify can be entered here.
• Save

Rules/Notes:

• Find the record to be modified
• Modify the record as required
• Save

Rules/Notes:

The value in the Verification Criteria Code field cannot be modified.

To delete a Manual Verification Criteria:

• Find the record to be deleted
• Locate the cursor in the record to be deleted
• Delete record
• Save

Rules/Notes:

Once a Manual Verification Criteria record has been used, it cannot be deleted.
It can be closed, preventing any further use, by selecting the Closed check box.
