Rules/Notes

The Dot Character is selected by default.

By default, Callista rules interpret anything following a dot (full stop) in a unit code, as a version number. e.g. MAA101.3 is interpreted as the third version of unit MAA101.
So if an institution uses the dot (full stop) character as part of the unit code, then Callista rules will not interpret the unit version correctly. e.g. Unit MJ441.4 will be interpreted as the fourth version of unit MJ441.
In this case the colon Character radio button should be selected in this form. So that a rule that refers to Unit MJ441.4: 2 would correctly interpret this as the second version of unit MJ441.4.
