The purpose of this report is to display details of any person associated with a prize. It also gives the user the option to create a Person ID Group based on the parameters selected for the report. The Person ID Group can then be used to run other reports and jobs such as Academic Transcript, Academic History and the Address Label report; for the same cohort of people extracted for this report.

The information displayed in the report includes the following:

• Primary Org Unit

• Person ID
• Name
• Person Prize Status
• Award Date
• Shared
• Prize Year
• Prize Type
• Prize Value
• Override Prize Value

This report is only available in online mode.

This report is accessed from the main menu.

The Person Prize Report block contains:

Parameter tab

• Prize Year From
• Prize Year To
• Organisational Unit
• Prize Code
• Person Prize Status
• Enrolment Category
• Course Attempt Status
• Create Person ID Group check box

Rules/Notes:

Use this report to display details of any person associated with a prize. The following report parameters can be specified:

• Prize Year From, Prize Year To - These parameters are used to specify a period of time greater than an Academic Year. If only the Prize Year From field is populated, the report will only run for that Academic Year
• Organisational Unit - Faculty or School associated with a prize
• Prize Code - A specific prize
• Person Prize Status - Allows the report to be restricted to a specified person prize status
• Enrolment Category - Allows the report to be restricted to a specified enrolment category
• Course Attempt Status - Allows the report to be restricted to a specified course attempt status
• Selecting the Create Person ID Group check box results in a Person ID Group being created based on the parameters of the report when it is run

The Prize Value is dictated by the Override Prize Value (when recorded).
