An institution can record both a description and an explanation for each System progression status. System Progression Status Explanation is used to provide students with explanatory information about their Progression Status displayed in Callista Connect applications such as Advanced Standing.

The System Progression Status block contains:

• Progression Status
• Description
• Explanation

 Rules/Notes:

Query to display the System Progression Statuses.

For each status record an explanatory message in the Explanation field.

The Description field may also be updated if required.

Rules/Notes:

The Progression Status field cannot be edited.
