This page allows the user to configure various features of the CAPS system. Values set on this page are recorded in the S_PROPOSAL_CONF table and affect the processing of Proposals for all users.

| Submission Warning Display Setting (in days) | This setting alerts the user that a Curriculum Proposal is approaching its Due Date. Enter a whole number (of days) in this field to nominate the number of days prior to the Due Date to issue the warning.

When two different proposals are being developed for the same unit, the proponents and editors for each should be notified.

When a proposal is in development, then those people with relevant subscriptions should be notified. Subscriptions are set via Personal Preferences.
Email Type

Notice Type
Notice Type for a Subscription Review. Select from the poplist. Cannot be changed to an inactive Notice Type.

When the deadline stipulated in the Bulk Proposal job is reached and no indication has been provided, then the system administrator, proposer and any editors for the proposal should be notified.
Email Type
The email type to be used in the event of inaction by the Unit Co-ordinator will be the email type specified in this attribute of the configuration entity.Email Type for an inactive overdue proposal. Select from the poplist. Cannot be changed to a closed Email Type.
