To maintain the values for Government Offshore Delivery Codes

This form is used to define and maintain the Offshore Delivery Codes used in ORGF0131.

Currently the government values are:

00 - Course is delivered in Australia only
01 - Course is delivered partly offshore
02 - Course is delivered fully offshore.

They correspond to values for DIISRTE element 571.

This form may be accessed directly from the Callista Menu.

 

The Government Offshore Delivery Code block contains:

  • Government Offshore Delivery Code
  • Description
  • Closed check box

 

Rules/Notes:

 

 

To create a new Offshore Delivery Code Record using the Maintain Offshore Delivery Code form:

  • Go to ORGF0134
  • Enter the Government Offshore Delivery Code and Description for the new record
  • Save

Rules/Notes:

 

To modify a Government Offshore Delivery Code Record using the Government Offshore Delivery Code form:

  • Go to ORGF0134
  • Query for the record to be modified
  • Modify the record as required
  • Save

Rules/Notes:

Only the description or the Closed check box value can be changed.

To delete a Government Offshore Delivery Code Record using the Maintain Government Offshore Delivery Code form:

  • Go to ORGF0134
  • Query for the record to be modified
  • Locate the cursor in the record to be deleted
  • Delete record
  • Save

Rules/Notes:

If a Government Offshore Delivery Code has been used elsewhere in the System, it cannot be deleted. It can be closed, preventing any further use, by selecting the Closed check box.
