Organisational Statuses can be created to have particular meaning within an institution. An Organisational Status defines the level of activity of an Organisational Unit. Each institution defined Organisational Status is assigned a System Organisational Status which is recognised by the System for other functionality. For example, it may be decided to use an Organisational Status called CURRENT. An appropriate System Organisational Status must be assigned to CURRENT, which in this case would be ACTIVE. |
