IDGR2100 - Person ID Group Address Labels

This report produces Address Labels for each person listed in the selected Person ID Group with their current correspondence address

The report is normally run to produce Address Labels for the mailing of admission enquiry packages. However, it can be run for ANY Person ID Group.

Run Details

This job is run:

  • Daily during peak enquiry periods
  • As required throughout the year

This report is run to produce Address Labels specifically for the Person ID Group created by ADMJ1320. However, it can be used to produce Address Labels for any Person ID Group where the user is the creator or has been granted access to the group.

When running this report for an Admission Enquiries Person ID Group, the user must have security access to the group as specified by the parameters in ADMJ1320.

The report can be run in both batch and immediate modes. The report cannot be scheduled as part of the job to process ADMJ1320 as the Person ID Group cannot be selected until after processing is completed.

Rules/Notes:

This job is dependent on the creation of a Person ID Group that the user has security access to in the Process Admission Enquiries job (ADMJ1320) or the creation of groups in the Maintain Person ID Groups form (IDGF1100).

The sole parameter for this report is the selection of the Person ID Group. The ID group can be selected from the LOV. Single groups can be used.

Rules/Notes:

The report prints Address Labels for each person in the ID Group.

The report prints on standard A4 label stationery with labels 98mm x 38mm. This produces 2 x 7 (14) labels per sheet.
