Purpose

To allow the creation of a Person ID Group comprised of Graduands

Update Process

This process creates a person_id_group comprised of graduands who meet the specified parameters.

Run Details

GRDJ5300 runs only in batch mode, through the Job Control & Scheduling Subsystem.

The Create Generic Graduand Person ID Group block contains:

• Ceremony Round
• Ceremony Number
• Graduand Status
• Graduand Type
• Graduand Approval Status
• Course Responsible Organisation Unit
• Person ID Group Code
• Person ID Group Description
• Include Encumbrances check box

Rules/Notes:

This process creates a Person ID Group (PIG) comprised of Graduands. This PIG can then be input into CORR5000 (Issue Generic Graduand Correspondence) as part of the generic graduand email process.

Rules/Notes:

When the Include Encumbrance check box is unchecked, the job will exclude graduands with an encumbrance with a system category of ADMIN and system encumbrance effects types of SUS_SRVC, RVK_SRVC, GRAD_BLK and S_COR_BLK.
