For the Ceremony shown as context in the Graduation Ceremony block, Notes of many types can be created. Each type reflects the common purpose of the notes associated with it. The available Graduation Ceremony Note Types are created in the form Maintain Graduation Note Types (GRDF1510).

Notes can be created, stored and retrieved in almost any format. The currently available formats are:

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Text
• Other OLE (permitting virtually any other format)

The Graduation Ceremony block contains:

• Calendar Type
• Start Date
• End Date
• Ceremony Number
• Venue Code
• Date/Time

The Graduation Ceremony Note block contains:

• Graduation Note Type
• Description
• System Note Format Type
