To maintain user defined Testamur Delivery Methods that can be mapped to System Delivery Methods

Graduation

The System Delivery Methods are:

• COLLECTED – Collected by graduand
• POSTED – Posted to graduand
• HANDED – Handed to graduand at a graduation ceremony
• OTHER – Other method not otherwise defined above.

It is possible to flag one of the Delivery Methods as the System Default Delivery Method.

This form is accessed from the menu.

The Testamur Delivery Method block contains:

• Testamur Delivery Method
• Description
• System Testamur Delivery Method (LOV)
• Default check box
• Closed check box

Rules/Notes:

Validations include:

• One and only one Testamur Delivery Method must be set as the default
• Closed System Testamur Delivery Methods cannot be selected for use in an institution defined Testamur Delivery Method
• The Testamur Delivery Method cannot be set as the default if it is closed
• Cannot open a Testamur Delivery Method record if the mapped System Testamur Delivery Method is closed
