To maintain details for Web Services used by the system

General

This form allows the recording of values required to enable communication with a Web Service used by Callista. Details such as the web service URL, user name and password can be easily recorded as control values in this form. The web service control items block has a generic format to allow the recording of whatever details are required by the Web Service.

This form can be accessed directly from the Callista menu.

The Web Service block contains:

• Web Service
• SSF Avail check box
• Closed check box
• Description

Rules/Notes:

The Web Service and Description fields are mandatory.

When the SSF Avail checkbox is selected, this web service is available via Callista Connect.

When the Closed checkbox is selected, the SSF Avail or control item details cannot be updated.

The Web Service Control Items block contains:

• Control Item
• Description
• Control value

Rules/Notes:

For a given Control item, the Control Item, Description and Control Value fields are mandatory.

Control item details cannot be updated if the Web Service record is closed.

A Web Service used by Callista can be defined and saved in the Web Service block and thereafter can be queried and displayed in this form.

For the displayed Web Service, Control values can be recorded in the Web Service Control Items block.

Description = PASSWORD TO ACCESS EXT ADDR VERIFICATION SYSTEM
Control Value = #54fc%@Gsx
