Purpose

To display a history of Fee Periods in which fees have been assessed under different Fee Categories

The Fee Category assigned to a student is displayed in the Student Course Attempt screen of ENRF3000. This category can be changed – see Changing Fee Categories in Understanding Student Finance.

When a change is made, the previous category is displayed in the current form for each Fee Period in which the student has been assessed for liabilities under that category. If the category is changed before any Fee Assessments have been made for the previous category, or if the Assessments have been cleared in the Manual Fee Assessment form FINF3610, no history is displayed.

Accessed

The form is accessed via ENRF3000 by selecting the Course Attempt button, then the Fee Category from the T-List, then selecting the history icon if available. This icon is greyed if there is no history data.

The Student Course Attempt block contains:

• Person ID
• Course

The Student Course Fee Category block contains:

• Fee Category
• Fee Calendar Type
• Start Date
• End Date
