| This function provides the ability to assign one or more Disbursement Rules for a formula item/FTCI combination in the new structure. At present only one rule applies for formulas, the 'Fee Disbursement Formula Rule'. The text for this rule can be different for each formula, within the limits afforded by the syntax components supplied for use with the rule. The Fee Disbursement Rule is attached to a specific formula for a Fee Type. The rule determines whether or not that formula applies when disbursing revenue from a Student's Course Attempt. The rule must return true for the formula to apply. This function is accessed from FINF7510 – Maintain Fee Type Disbursement Formulae via the Formula Rules button. |
