Person Training Plan Report

This job produces Person Training Reports for a set of apprentices as defined in the parameters. A Person Training Plan report is the Apprentice's Training Plan (the hardcopy contract). This will be primarily used in negotiations between the Registered Training Organisation, the apprentice and the employer or host employer.

This job can run a reports for a set of Person Training Plans as defined by Course PTP status or Start and/or End Date ranges. Or can run for all students based on the training plan extracted date. When run for a specific Person Training Plan, all data will be populated as defined against that Person Training Plan. When run for a Training Plan Extracted date all data will be populated as defined against all Person Training Plans within that extracted date range.

This job is accessed via the main menu.

Rule/Notes:

The set of parameters displayed depends on the value select in the Run For: field.

Person Training Plans are not extracted for Deceased Persons.
