Purpose

This report provides a summary of the number of students Enrolled (or other specified Unit Attempt Status) in a given Unit Offering or set of Unit Offerings. Student data is summarised by Attendance Type.

This job is run:

• When assessing course quotas for future years.
• For executive management when assessing demand.
• When allocating resources for classes (ie. room size).
• At any time deemed necessary for whatever reason.

Rule/Notes:

Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

Commencement Type allows the report to be run for NEW, RETURNING or ALL students.

Entering a Person ID in the Unit Coordinator Person ID parameter restricts the report to those units the person is listed as the Unit Coordinator.

Rules/Notes:

The report is presented in landscape mode.

It provides student numbers by attendance type for each Unit/Location/Class combination.
