This summary report lists the number of students Enrolled in a given Course Offering Option or set of Course Offering Options. Student data is summarised by Course Location and Attendance Type

This job is run:

• When assessing course quotas for future years.
• For executive management when assessing demand.
• At any time deemed necessary for whatever reason.

This report can be run online, particularly where it is run with parameters specifying a small data set, such as a specific Load Calendar and Location.

Rule/Notes:

Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

The set of selection parameters allow the report to be run for all students in the nominated course(s) or particular subsets of students.

The Commencement Type parameter allows the report to be specified for ALL, NEW or RETURNING students.

Rules/Notes:

The report is presented in landscape mode.

It provides both full time and part time student numbers for each Course/Location combination.
