ENRJ6150 - Person Concession Details Extract

An extract job to identify students who have a concession that has expired or is due to expire.

This job is used to identify students with a concession that is due to expire or has expired.

Extract Details

The output of the job is an extract that includes the following data:

  • Person ID
  • Name
  • Postal Address
  • Email Address
  • Concession Type
  • Concession Start Date
  • Concession End Date
  • Days Until Expiry
  • Days Until Expiry
  • Verification Status

The extract will have the following Record Types:

  • Person Details
  • Address Details
  • Concession Details

It is possible to use existing SMS functionality to generate an XML file, which can be used to generate a report. To do this, firstly create the extract by running the job. Then use the Generate Extract XML File job (GENJ1000) to select the extract that has been created and change the extract format to XML. The XML file will contain all the records included in the extract. The XML tags will be named after the columns that appear in the S_EXTRACT and S_EXTRACT_RECORD tables. The XML file can then be emailed as an attachment using standard Callista Job Scheduler functionality.

Run Details

This job must only be run in the Scheduled mode, through the Job Control & Scheduling Subsystem, given the high number of records the job may generate.

 

 

The Person Concession Details Extract block contains:

  • Concession Type (LOV)
  • Days Until Expiry
  • Days Since Expiry
  • Concession Start Date (calendar icon)
  • Concession End Date
  • Verification Status (LOV)

Rule/Notes:

The Concession Type field is mandatory. Enter a valid Concession Type or enter the wildcard % to run the job for all Concession Types including Closed Concessions.

All other fields are optional.

Closed Concession Types are included in the Concession Type LOV, as this extract may be run to identify persons with closed Concessions and the date they will expire.
