Purpose

To view a stored image of a Person registered in Callista.

This form allows users to view a stored image of a Person. It displays images already stored on the Callista database. It is anticipated that these images will be supplied from an institution's ID card system.

The form:

• Shows/stores the image as a BLOB (Binary Large Object).
• Shows/stores a content type of the image.
• Shows the MIME type of the image.

The form can be accessed from various calling forms, with the Person's most recent image displayed automatically. The icon in the calling form will be 'greyed out' if no image is available. Currently, the Person Image icon is available from ENRF3000, ADMF3000 and INQF1A00 in context of Person ID.

When the Person Image is accessed from a calling form, it is still possible to see images for other people by executing a query in the form as normal.

The Person Image block contains:

• Person ID
• Date Of Birth
• Sex
• Image Date
• Image Content Type
• MIME Content Type
• Back button

In Query mode:

• Supply a Person ID and complete the query to view the Person's image or images. Images are displayed in the chronological order of storing.
• To see all images, use one of the 'Next/Previous record' facilities (on the keyboard: Arrow keys or Page Down and Page Up).

Rules/Notes:

The Image Date gives the date and time at which the image was stored within Callista.
