ENRF01N0 - Maintain Titles

Purpose

To allow the creation and maintenance of Persons' Titles

Structure   Block Title

  

Use this form to create and maintain the Person Title codes.

Codes might include MISS, MS, MR, JUDGE, LTCMDR, BISHOP which are used in the System.

By optionally mapping a title to a Sex, the Sex of a Person will be automatically inserted by the System when they are assigned a Title.

 

The Title block contains:

  • Title
  • Description
  • Sex
  

 

Rules/Notes:

Once used in the System, Title codes cannot be deleted or modified.
