Purpose

This report lists Course Plan Structure Versions that may be impacted by changes that have been made to a Unit, Unit Set or Course Version.

This job is run to provide the user with the ability to identify, in bulk, Course Plan Structure Versions (CPSVs) that may be impacted by changes that have been made to a Unit, Unit Set or Course Version.

The Course Course Plan Versions Report block contains:

Parameters Tab

• Course Plan ID (LOV)
• Course Code (Search icon)
• Organisational Unit (LOV)
• Unit Code (LOV)
• Unit Set Code (LOV)

Production Options Tab

• Run the Full Report (checkbox)

Or, select one or more of the following Report Component checkboxes:

• Course Versions in INACTIVE CPSVs.
• CPSVs without ACTIVE or PLANNED Course Versions.
• CPSVs without any Course Versions.
• CPSV with INACTIVE Unit/Unit Set Versions.
• ACTIVE CPSVs with Expired Unit/Unit Set Versions.
• End-dated ACTIVE CPS Unit/Unit Set Versions with Expiry Date prior to those of the CPSV.
• New Course Versions with no CPSVs.

Most Parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

Rules/Notes:

The report also highlights instances of any ACTIVE Course Versions which were previously associated with at least one CPSV, but no CPSV Current Versions are now available against the Course Version. i.e. the CPSVs are INACTIVE or end-dated.
