This job is run to provide information on Unit Versions for the purpose of:

• Annual Review
• Rollover of Units

This job is run online, particularly where the report is run with Parameters specifying a small data set, such as a specific Owning Organisational Unit and Unit Level.

Most Parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

The Unit Status Parameter allows the report to be run for one to three statuses. For example, the report could be run for only ACTIVE units or for ACTIVE, CURRENT and PLANNED units.
