Special Requirement

Use this form to record institution defined Codes for Special Requirements.

These Codes are used to indicate the External Courses a student may have completed towards the fulfilment of their Course Attempt. Codes might include:

• FIRST AID1
• BRONZE MED
• CPR

The data maintained in this form is used within the Record Student Course Attempt Special Requirements form (ENRF4300).

The Special Requirement block contains:

• Special Requirement Code
• Description
• Closed check box
• 'Include in AHEGS' check box
• Comments

Rules/Notes:

Select the Include in AHEGS check box if this Special Requirement is to included in the Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement.

Once used in the System, Special Requirement Codes should not be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use.

Once used in the System, only minor description modifications should be performed.
