To assign a venue or venues to Activity Offerings

This form is primarily used to assign a Venue or Venues to an Activity Offering. Once a Venue has been assigned, it appears in CRSF2800.

 

The Unit Offering Option block contains:

  • Unit Code
  • Version Number
  • Sector
  • Unit Status
  • Title
  • Calendar Type
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Location
  • Unit Class

The Activity Offering block contains:

  • Activity Code
  • Activity Type
  • Day
  • Start Time
  • End Time
  • Venues
  • Weeks
  • Include Deleted Offerings check box
  • Deletion Date

The Activity Offering Venue block contains:

  • Venue Code
  • Description
  • Location Code

To create a new Activity Offering Venue:
  • Enter Unit Code, and any other relevant fields in the Unit Offering Option block
  • Select the Venue Code from the LOV
  • Enter any relevant comments via the Comments button
  • Save

Rules/Notes:

If you query with no details entered into the Unit Offering Option block, it will return every unit.

You can only Query current Unit Codes.
To modify a Activity Offering Venue:  
  • Find the Unit Code to be modified
  • Modify the Venue Code or comment as required
  • Save
