Purpose

To select an existing Activity Offering, and associate it with another activity

This form is primarily used to locate and select Activity Offerings that are already shared with other activities.
Once Activity Offerings are selected, they appear in CRSF2800.

This form is accessed through CRSF2800 by selecting the select button next to the Activity Offering ID field.

The Find Activity Offering block contains:

• Query one of the fields. For example, the Unit Code
• From the list of results from the query, find the desired one, and click the SELECT button (next to the Activity Offering ID field)
• Save

Rules/Notes:

Need to have selected an Activity Code in CRSF2800

To assign a Venue to an Activity Offering, the Venue must be open.

The System Location Type of the Venue must be CAMPUS.

The Location Code for the Venue Code selected must match the Location Code of the Unit Offering Option.
