Purpose

To display all reference details related to an item of Outgoing Correspondence issued to a person

Use this form answer inquiries about Outgoing Correspondence. It enables the retrieval of information about a specific item of Outgoing Correspondence, through querying on person, Correspondence Type and correspondence reference fields (such as Calendar Type and Course Code).

An example of a common enquiry is a student not receiving a particular item of correspondence. This form enables you to check relevant dates and references contained in the item.
