Purpose

This form is used to maintain Email Type Groups

This form allows the user to define Email Type Groups and define their content.
The reply to email address will be used by the Send Email function to set the reply to for an email when the emails are bundled together.

When a Group Code is recorded, the Email Type will be grouped and delivered together by the Send Email Job. Emails may be sent by the batch job Send Email GENJ0100.

This form is accessed from the main Callista menu.

The Email Type Group block contains:

The Email Type Group Mapping block contains:

• Email Type (LOV)
• Description

Rules/Notes:

The Email Type must be open.

An Email Type cannot be mapped to more than one Email Type Group.
