To allow the creation and maintenance of Letter Phrases. In particular, to create text associated with Letter Phrases that can be used in the creation of letters. |

Letter Phrases are text that must be assigned to Letter Parameters, for inclusion in letters produced by Callista. The Letter Parameters must be of System Parameter Type 'PHRASE'. Letter Phrases have formatting applied to them via templates. The formatting is applied to the Letter Parameter, that has the Letter Phrases assigned to it. Allocation of Text to Letter Phrases Typically, Letter Phrases are created to provide specific text for particular correspondence needs. Text can be allocated to Phrase Codes, to enhance the standardisation of correspondence. |

Rules/Notes: Phrase Codes must be unique. Phrase Codes should avoid special characters. The template determines the format of the Phrase Code. Phrase Text cannot exceed 2000 characters. |
