Purpose

This form displays History details for Admission Test Results

This form reflects information from other forms. For example, selecting ADMF3000, and then Admission Test button, middle block, opens ADMF3518 - Maintain Admission Test Results. This forms information is displayed in the Spread Table.

This form is accessed through the main menu.

The Admission Test Result block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date Of Birth
• Admission Application Number
• Commencement Period
• Admission Process Category
• Nominated Course Code
• Title
• Assessment Test Type
• Date Planned
• Date Achieved

Rules/Notes:

Records are sorted in the following order:

• Person ID
• Commencement Period
• Admission Application Number
• Nominated Course Code
• Admission Test Type
• Date Planned
• Date Achieved

The Sub-Score History button is enabled when there are Units recorded in AUDF3193. When there are no Units recorded, the button is disabled.

The ENCUMBERED lamp appears when an administrative encumbrance has been applied against the person.
