Purpose

This form allows users to review History regarding a Student’s Australian Secondary Education Subjects

The form creates a history table. This history table will record the change, and only the change, that was made by the user. A trigger is created that utilises a procedure to check what alterations were made and inserts these changes into the history table. The information is then taken from the history table and displayed for the user to see.

This form is accessed through AUDF3170, via the Subject button on the top block.

The Australian Secondary Education Subject block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date of Birth
• Assessment Type
• Other Assessment Type
• Subject Result Year
• Subject Code

The Australian Secondary Education Subject History block contains:

• History Start Date
