This form is used to display the history records for a Student Appeal, and is accessed from the main menu.

The history records are created as part of the Maintain Student Appeal form (ENRF3210).

The Student Appeal block contains:

• Date Of Birth
• Appeal Type

The Student Encumbrance Appeal block contains:

• Person ID

• Date Of Birth

• Encumbrance Type
• Start Date

The Student Progression Appeal block contains:

• Course Code

The Student Unit Attempt Outcome Appeal block contains:
