Purpose

This form is used to display the history of changes made to a student's Load Variation record.

The SCA Load Variation History Inquiry form enables the user to view historical data on a student's Load Variation record. The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain SCA Load Variation form (ENRF3200).

The SCA Load Variation History Inquiry form is accessed from the main menu.

The Student Load Variation block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date of Birth
• Course Attempt Status
• Course Version
• Load Variation Type
• Variation Reason Code
• Calendar Type
• Start Date
• End Date
• Other Period Start Date
• Other Period End Date

The Student Load Variation History block contains:

• History Start Date

Spread Table

• Authorised Date
• Authorised By Person ID
• Authorised By Person Name
• Variation Details
• History End Date
• History By
