Purpose

To display history details for an Institution Code

This form is used to display the history of changes applied to an Institution Code.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Institutions form (ORGF0120).

This form replaces the Institution History form (ORGF0310). The form can be accessed in context via the Institution History button in ORGF0120.

The Institution block contains:

• Institution Code

The Institution History block contains:

• History Start Date

Spread Table

• Name
• Institution Status
• Local Institution check box
• Overseas check box
• Government Institution Code
• Government Institution Description
• Country Code
• SSF Avail check box
• Explanation
• History End Date
• History By

Rules/Notes:

Perform a query to retrieve a known Institution Code. When entered via the button the Institution Code cannot be queried.

Changes to the Institution Code are displayed in reverse chronological order.
