Purpose

To display history details for fee encumbrances.

This form is used to display the history of changes to the fee encumbrances for a particular Fee Period.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Define Fee Encumbrances form (FINF2890).

FINF2890 is accessed from the main menu and via the:

• Maintain Fee Types form (FINF2100), and
• Maintain Fee Categories form (FINF2800).

The Fee Encumbrance block contains:

Rules/Notes:

Perform a query to retrieve a known Fee Type and/or Fee Period.

Changes to the Fee Disbursement Formula are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the Fee Encumbrance where the form has previously been accessed within the current session.
