To display history details for a Fee Category Fee Liability

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known Fee Category Fee Liability.

Changes to the Fee Category Fee Liability are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the Fee Category Fee Liability where the form has previously been accessed within the current session.
