Purpose

To display history details for a Fee Category Calendar Instance

This form is used to display the history of changes to a Fee Category Calendar Instance.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Fee Categories form (FINF2800).

The Fee Category Calendar Instance block contains:

• Fee Category
• Calendar Type
• Start Date
• End Date
• Status

The Fee Category Calendar Instance History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known Fee Category and/or Fee Period.

Changes to the Fee Category Calendar Instance are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the Fee Category Calendar Instance where:

• The form has previously been accessed in the current session; or
• FINF2800 has previously been entered within the current session.
