Purpose

To display history details for a Fee Assessment Rate.

This form is used to display the history of changes made to a Fee Assessment Rate.

This form is accessed from the main menu.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Define Fee Assessment Rates form (FINF2853). The FINF2853 form is accessed via the:

• Maintain Fee Types form (FINF2100), and
• Maintain Fee Categories form (FINF2800).

Perform query to retrieve a known Fee Assessment Rate.

Changes to the Fee Assessment Rate are displayed in reverse chronological order.

Rules/Notes:

The Service Code column in the spread table is derived from Maintain Services (ENRF01Y0).

The 'Response' column in the spread table is derived from two separate sources: the Service Default 'Y/N' or the Multi-choice Answer Code (institution-defined - up to 10 characters), both are found in the Maintain Services form (ENRF01Y0).

The following fields in the Fee Assessment Rate History block apply to VET-TUIT and VET System Fee Types only:
