Purpose

To display history details for a student's Contract Fee Assessment Rate

This form is used to display the history of changes to the Contract Fee Assessment Rate for a particular student.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Contract Fee Assessment Rate form (FINF2900).

The Contract Fee Assessment Rate block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date of Birth
• Course Attempt Status
• Course Code
• Fee Type
• Start Date
• Creation Type

The Contract Fee Assessment Rate History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Spread table
  • End Date
  • Charge Rate
  • Fee Contract Type
  • Lower Normal Rate Override check box
  • Manual Override check box
  • Location Code
  • Attendance Type
  • Attendance Mode
  • History End Date
  • History By

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known Person ID.

Changes to the Contract Fee Assessment Rate are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the Person ID where the form has previously been accessed within the current session.

The Creation Type field indicates whether the Contract Fee Assessment Rate was created manually in FINF2900 (Maintain Contract Fee Assessment Details) or generated by the system in FINJ4420 (Create Commencing Contract Fee Assessment Details) or by the Admissions process.

The Manual Override check box indicates whether changes were made to the Contract Fee Assessment Rate in FINF2900 (Maintain Contract Fee Assessment Details).
